MEET YOUR CREW

Brooks Taylor

Amid the intricacies of aviation, it always comes back to this: every time I see an airplane, I smile.

Brooks’s passion for Voice of the Customer (VoC) began in luxury hospitality with Aman Resorts, where he developed a deep understanding of high-net-worth clients and optimized product-market fit. Transitioning into business aviation, Brooks applied his customer-centric approach at a Part 135 operator, where he managed two key product offerings by developing targeted jet card tiers to capture client segments. Leading a successful overhaul of the jet card sales process, Brooks aligned sales efforts with customer insights and created a sales enablement framework that treated the Sales team as an internal customer, boosting lead quality and conversion rates.

Brooks holds a degree in Industrial Management and Economics from McGill University in Canada and is currently pursuing a private pilot’s license with a tailwheel endorsement. In his free time, he enjoys surfing and black & white film photography.
